1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ICEDOUT's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
ICEDOUT provides next-generation SaaS development services, including but not limited to custom software development, scalable solutions, and enterprise-grade applications.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. All payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the delivered software remain with the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
ICEDOUT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
